Windows : Updates from 22H1 or 22H2 stuck with Your device is missing important security and quality fixes error

Your Windows 11 system may display the following error while running Windows Update at some point :

Your device is missing important security and quality fixes

For some reasons, the OS might be stuck at release 22H1 or 22H2 and without updates, with the message mentioned above.

If this is your situation, you may unstuck your system by running a “enablement package”.  Download the one that apply to your system architecture below, execute and reboot (then run Windows Update again).
