For decomissionning or licence relocation purposes, removing the Windows licence is required.
To remove the serial number, simply follow these steps :
1. Open PowerShell (with Administrator privileges) ;
2. Run the following commands (in order) :
slmgr /upk
slmgr /cpky
The licence should now be removed and Windows deactivated.
