Getting this alert with one of your server backup policy with R1Soft?
“Error Server [11] reset(): database disk image is malformed(11)”
This is because the VSS snapshot mechanism on Windows allow only one snapshot partition at a time. It’s likely that you are using the MSSQL plugin to backup your databases with MSSQL installed on one partition and your databases located on a different partition.
To resolve this matter, you need to activate “Multi-Volume Snapshot” for this policy. Inside your server policy, navigate through :
Advances Policies > Multi-Volume Snapshot
Just check the box and you’re through!
